I am one very spoilt girl. I was invited to the launch of Chloe’s newest perfume, Love, Chloe, at the very beautiful presidental suite at the Fullerton Hotel. Seriously though, a picture paints a thousand words, so I dont have much to say… look at the place! Pure luxury. (Photos by Chloe, by the way.)
It was a lovely Friday afternoon where we got to mingle, chat, and be introduced to Chloe’s latest offering. The fragrance is described as a “concentrate of emotions”, and was inspired by the intimacy of our personal beauty ritual, which I found really sweet – I think we all can relate to having a beauty ritual! 
This may come as a surprise but I have never tried a Chloe perfume before. I know the brand, obviously, but I don’t really know why I haven’t tried them yet! Love is a floral, powdery fragrance and when I wore it at church one girl said I smelt heavenly. I actually really like it – it reminds me of a powdery scent I used to wear in university and I love the innocence of powdery scents. I like it so much that there is someone who will be getting a bottle from me very soon, because I think they’d love it too… but I don’t want to give away any hints!
There were some activities as well – your very own photograph with the luxurious coat that model Raquel Zimmerman wore for the ad campaign. The coat was flown in from Paris for the event, and guests got to model and have their own special Love, Chloe, photograph.
The best part was that I even bumped into Hidayah, who wrote the wonderful article on Singapore beauty bloggers in I-S Magazine. It was great catching up with her and overall, I had a great afternoon. I really liked how I was treated as an important part of the media – I kinda felt out of place, I mean there were all the beauty editors from all the top magazines in Singapore and celebrities, and they treated me so well. Thanks, Chloe!

And hmm… I don’t wear my hair down so often so that could be it, haha! And I also cut half of it off, so my hair is much shorter now. But my face does look different due to weight gain, haha… don’t know if you saw my “Glycolic acid nightmare experience” post but recently I’ve been diagnosed with something to do with my hormones, and it made me put on lots of weight and have a complete breakout on my skin… although you can’t see my zits because I completely drowned them in foundation in that pic!
Ooooh, I love the displays!!! I’ve being eyeing on a chloe perfume for quite sometime now!

I really love how the cap is attached to the bottle by a chain, so chic! Would def recommend trying it out if you like powdery scents

Yes, I recommend it especially if you love powdery scents… it’s so girly and romantic. Reminds me of fluffy clouds, haha! xx
Wow so fancy and exclusive! What a nice place!!! I also never tried any Chloe fragrances because I cant find them here, but I always wanted to. Their bottles are always nice, even though i dont care about packaging at all, they have one that I love, I believe it´s the original one (Chloé by Chloé), with a bow u know?! I want to try this new fragrance as well. And how cool BF was in this magazine, how exciting!!! And look at you in this picture, u are such a top model, I loveeee your hair!!! Are u still wearing the perfume? When you said it´s too powdery did u mean too much patchoulli?!

And thanks so much! Yes, I cut half my hair off and I’m so happy about it… I think I want to cut a little bit more off now, haha! And yeah, it was really nice to be included in this event, and the place was really beautiful! The scent is powdery as in… hmm it smells like baby powder, you know? Very innocent, baby-like… it’s so so nice. I think I should do a proper review of the perfume soon! And yes I am still wearing it and I love it! But I think I’ll stop using it too much, I want to save it for special occasions, it’s a really special scent! 
=) I have never tried either! Im very curious about their fragrances! I like innocent, light fragrances for daytime and at night before going to bed, I know it´s waste but I can´t help giving myself at least one spritz of perfume, or baby fragrances, like johnson´s lavander… Yess do a review!!=)
I love powdery scents too. Can’t wait to have a sniff of this new Chloe fragrance.

The scabs are almost gone, have about 2 left to heal and then the red marks have to heal and the nightmare will be over… but it looks so much better, I look like myself again, haha. And thanks so much… my dream is coming closer than I think actually but I can’t say anything yet! :X
