If you’re looking to shape your lifestyle, now you can on to the go with NESTLE’s new iPhone App, which you can download at the Apple App store.

I have heard about Nestle’s 14 Day Fitnesse Challenge a few months back and have been intrigued. The idea is simple – eat their Fitnesse cereal for breakfast and dinner, and another well balanced meal for lunch. It first intrigued me because I LOVE to have cereal for dinner – and who knew it could actually be good for you? And if you’re like everyone else who has an iPhone then you’ve got to check out their app. (Or, if you’re patiently waiting for the iPhone 5 like me, you can access the app online here for now.)

Since I am not an iPhone user yet, I’ll give a review of the online version. (However, if you do have an iPhone, you should definitely check it out as there is much more on the app itself.) Filled with meal plans, more info on the program, a BMI calculator, as well as countless fitness and wellness tips, this is a must-have app for anyone who’s focused on healthy living (as we all should be!). I especially loved the BMI calculator (always helpful) and Fitness and Wellness Tips the best – as a “newbie” in healthy living, I could use all the help I can get!
Furthermore, to celebrate the launch of this exciting new app, there is a contest going on. After you’ve gotten your fitter, healthier body, NESTLE wants to reward you with a Chic Wardrobe Makeover worth $500. Here’s what to do:
Simply:
- Grab any box of FITNESSE cereals.
- Take a photo of yourself with it.
- Upload your photo with a caption (go on, show off your funny side – the wittier and funnier, the better!).
The photos with the most “likes” stands to win a Chic Wardrobe Makeover worth $500 or 5 adidas-FITNESSE Kits worth $80! So what are you waiting for? Grab a box of FITNESSE cereal and start snapping away now! Contest closes 31 Aug 2011. Oh, and don’t forget to update this app as there will be many more contests in the future!
Have you tried out NESTLE’s 14 Day Program App? What did you think of it? Bought myself a box of it today to try it out, and can’t wait to download the app on my future iPhone!

I’m gonna download the iPhone application now and try it out:)
Hahahah oh the iPhone is too good to resist! Can’t wait for the next one!
I’ll download it now! Looks good!
That’s great Leia! Let me know your thoughts
This appear to me being commercial, product placement on your blog, you are usually not this transparent with it.
Do you rather Renee not be transparent about it?
I thought the whole point of stating that it’s a sponsored write up is for us readers to judge the contents ourselves.
Cheers!
yeah. renee clearly stated that it was sponsored. no haters!
Thanks Hazel and Lola for the support! <3 I hope you all know that I would never “endorse” something I haven’t actually tried and liked first!
Alex, what do you mean that I am “usually not this transparent about it”. I will ALWAYS state sponsored posts as “Sponsored”.
I would really rather Renee be transparent about it. What’s your point, Alex? Anyways, I’ve tried this cereal before, but have never eaten it for 14 days in a row.
I don’t get his point either haha. I always state sponsored posts to be “sponsored”. If it doesn’t say that, it is my own post!
I’ve also not tried it for a full 14 days but I really love it! I wonder how long I can go with it…
the woman in the pink dress on the app looks photoshopped to death – who has thighs that long (from her hand, to out-of-shot, there are no knees!) and that thin. Her torso looks super-fat in comparison to legs. why did they use such a blatantly shopped pic??
Omg you are right! I didn’t notice it… sheesh that is how much I am customized to the media and their insane photoshoppping. :S
i just gotta say: that commercial does not do a good job on a womans self-esteem! the picture on the top has been heavily manipulated, and the poor woman looks completely out of proportions. baaah, these things really annoy me.
I think eating right focused more on whole foods and exercise daily without skipping resistance training is always the way to go. As a personal trainer in NYC, I always emphasize circuit training so you’re always moving in the hour that I’m training you in my Curvy Goddess Workout Fitness Program.
May I just say. that model is incredibly photoshopped.
