I can’t believe my birthday is over! I was enjoying all that attention on Facebook. Seriously though, I was really touched by all the messages, I had a great birthday this year. I literally ate dessert the whole day and woke up feeling like crap. I never learn! Mark my words, I will never eat another scoop of ice cream
until tomorrow.
Anyways, I wanted to show you the shoes I got on Sunday, aka my birthday present. Sorry they are from my crappy Blackberry, but my camera said that the battery was “exhausted”… Wtf? I will tell you when you are exhausted.
The shoes are from Cole Haan, and I got it for $230, usual price $329. It’s like half a sport shoe (the sole says Nike Air) and it’s half sandal… I love it! It gives me 2 inches of height without breaking my foot and for something with a heel, it’s so comfy! It’s from Takashimaya and they are having a small sale if you’d like to take a look.
This is my 1st success with shoes this year! I now have a grand total of FOUR pairs of shoes, woohoo look at me.

egads, these shoes look super comfy! $230 is a little steep, but they look like they’ll last you til you’re 50 so all in all, good buy!
Hey Ri! Yeah, it’s the most expensive shoes I own. :S I wouldn’t have bought it at the original price, to be honest. However I thought about it and I really don’t have a good pair of “proper” shoes (I have SO much trouble finding shoes here, so all I wear are Converse or flip flops, really bad) so I figured it was worth it. And they look super tough so I am hoping it will last a VERY long time. Fingers crossed
