Merry Christmas!

December 25, 2010

Merry Christmas, my dear readers! This is my absolute favorite time of the year, so I hope you have a wonderful time with your loved ones and a very happy, blessed holiday. I can’t thank you enough for making my 2010 so amazing, and I can’t wait to see what 2011 brings us.

I’ll leave you with a snapshot of my beautiful pup Bailey, on Christmas Eve last night. It’s Danish tradition (and German, I believe) for the ‘main’ celebration to be on Christmas Eve, so last night was a grand dinner with family and loved ones, and of course, presents! Bailey really enjoyed ripping up all the wrapping paper and making a big mess. ;)

I don’t know if that’s the German tradition or not, but I do know that it’s custom to only open one present on Christmas Eve in Germany and the rest Christmas Day. My grandmother is German and told me yesterday. Just a fun fact. :) By the way, I’m 13 and I LOVE this site. It helps me out a lot, especially with the smokey eye thing(light colors though, of course :P ).

Merry Christmas! :)

MERRY XMAS to you gorgeous! Love reading your blog!!! :)

May I also ask, have you ever tried SKII’s Miracle Water before? I’m 21 years old, and not too sure if it is suitable for my age…? :)

You girls are so wonderful! Thank you for the wishes, I hope you had a great Christmas as well. :)

Ashley – Thanks for clearing that up! I celebrate with German friends and they tell me that their tradition is like Denmark’s, on the Eve’s… but I guess it is different for everyone, I think everyone should make their own traditions and just do what they prefer! And thank you so much about your kind words on my site I’m really glad you like it! :)

Cheryl – Thanks, love! Merry Xmas to you too! I haven’t tried any SKII products, actually, so I don’t know how good they are, but I believe with anti-aging products, the younger you start, the better! So I think 21 is fine :)
