Alright ladies… it’s been 2 years and it’s time we have a housewarming party! I can recognize a few familiar faces, (especially if you’ve enabled Gravatar) but I know there are some others and I’d love to meet you all. It’s about time we start getting to know each other properly, no?

- Other than beauty (I’m assuming!), what are your other obsessions/interests?
I’ll go first to break the ice. I’m 21, from Singapore but I’m half Chinese and half Danish, I’m currently having a bit of a holiday because I’m waiting to graduate from university, but I should probably start job hunting… oops. Um, I found Beauty Fool because I created it, silly! My other ultimate obsession is music and playing the guitar (badly), and my interests are watching movies, writing, traveling, drawing, cycling, seeing friends, having late night drive adventures, bumming on the beach and more! Phew…
Also, just to let you all know I am taking an impromptu trip to Thailand – it’s beach time for me! I’ll be gone for a week so posting will be a little bit dry, but I’ll be as active in the comment sections as much as the hotel Internet allows! ‘Til then, hope you all have a great week and we’ll catch up very soon!

WOW – I didn’t know you were in Paris right now. It sounds like you’re having an awesome time, I’m so happy to hear! CONGRATS on doing your masters and getting such a cool job! I’m curious, what are you doing on the fashion series? Are you on your way to becoming a superstar stylist?

It’s a great idea to make a post like this. You may not believe it but I was thinking of a similar idea to get to know my visitors better. Same as you, I know some of the girls that are daily commentators and have beauty blogs but they others I only recognize by their nick name. So, congrats for starting this series (I’m hoping similar posts will follow)!
I like computers (games also, of course and photo retouching in Photoshop), shoes and perfumes.

I also love traveling, like you, so my ULTIMATE dream job would be to travel all around the world and work on my blog as my job – because all you need is a laptop and an Internet connection.

Well it seems like you understand that it’s great to be blogging as your normal job. Actually I love the freedom, as you said I need only internet (that’s why I always stay in hotels that can provide internet access) and the fact that I can wake up anytime I want and take a day off whenever I feel like it.
About the stewardess thing…I’ve applied for 2 jobs and took both interviews (I still need to be contacted by Fly Emirates) but I don’t think I want that job anymore. I mean I would love that life style (although it’s not always sugar and honey) but I think it’s better to travel around the world as a tourist while you are in charge or your own blog.

I work part time in retail at the moment and I hate it, but it funds my shopping addiction for the time being
Even though it wasn’t that long ago, I can’t actually remember how I found Beauty Fool! I have a shocking memory and I click on so many links when I’m procrastinating – not a good combination! I think I must’ve followed a link from another blog… I’m glad I did find it though, it’s quickly become one of my favourite beauty blogs.
Other obsessions and interests… shopping is definitely up there! I also love reading, travel, knitting, baking/cooking and music (I play piano and some very bad guitar and bass!). I used to be really into films and photography too, but it’s kind of dwindled slightly lately. I think I have too many obsessions

Ooh yes – shopping, I forgot to add that in my list! What do you like to shop for? I think my current obsession is clothes! I never really shopped for clothes as a teen (I know, WHAT?!) so now I’m going a little insane.

I love shopping for almost anything, but clothes and beauty products mostly! I’m addicted to nail polishes and lip products at the moment
I was the same, never really clothes shopped as a teenager, it wasn’t until I went to university that I started going a little overboard!
Thanks! I’m planning on staying in the UK to qualify as a solicitor. I’d love to live and work in Singapore at some point, even if only for a few years. I love the sun and the food and the shopping over there! Shops in the UK shut at 5 or 6pm most of the time and everywhere ends up looking like a ghost town – it’s depressing sometimes!
I used to visit a lot when I was younger. My Dad worked abroad, mostly in Malaysia and the Philippines so when we went over to see him we’d always stop off at Singapore for a month or so. My Mum goes back quite a bit, but the last time I was there was at the last world cup. I’m dying to go back soon, I really miss the food, haha! Although everything changes so quickly over there that it’s different every time I go back!

I really like films too, I'm probably the one who sits there reading a film magazine 
I like cooking too, it's fun and relaxes me and at the end of the day there's a big cake right on the table 
I like reading too (I'm also a Twihard ^-^) but I also have a thing for travelling. I'm lucky that I've had the chance to travel to quite a lot of countries. Plane, coach, train I don't mind, I just love the sheer fact I get to escape my normal surroundings for a few hours and discover something new.
Music. I <3 it. I play piano, violin and can strum a few chords on a guitar. I love listening to music, my ipod is like my holy grail
Hey Chloe! Oh I went to London last summer and it was heaven.
We seem to have quite a bit in common! First of all, my ipod is my best friend, LOL! i really, really love music too.
I once had lessons in the organ and violin but gave it up – I was 9 and had no patience, haha! The violin is really hard to play, though, I’m glad you can play it! It’s such a beautiful instrument. I can’t speak Cantonese but I can swear very well and understand it when my mom’s family is talking, so I secretly listen in without anyone really knowing I can understand. Haha! 
And i totaly agree with you about traveling – it’s so nice to just escape once in a while.

I’m 17 & from Massachusetts, USA. I currently go to a alternative school and just got out today for summer! I’ll be taking some classes at Mass College of Art during break – which brings me to my interests and obsessions: my obsession being art. I started painting when I was five & never stopped.

I’m currently in high school, year 11, I don’t what the singapore equivalent is but this is my second last year of high school. I don’t really have plans to start working yet because I’m mainly focusing on my studies.

I can’t really remember. About 2 years ago i stumbled across this website with brilliant if slightly unique Benefit Boi-ing Concealer Review, and to this day I’ve popped onto Beauty Fool about every two days unless i’m on holidays! (And i’m still looking for a place that sells Boi-ing concealers in Australia)

I’m an avid reader, completely and totally obsessed. I also keep my eye on fashion blogs. But web aside I love my music collection which has everything from the soundtrack from Wicked and The Phantom of the Opera to the latest hits. And hanging out with friends is always great.

For uni I’d love to do something finance based, it’s something that both my parents do so I’ve grown up around it and it’s something that I’m really interested in. But it’s a hard course to get it, but fingers crossed and there are other ways to get into the course.

australia actually does stock benefit ! i suggests you head into myer, as youre from sydney, try parramatta, chatswood, bondi or the one in sydney cbd. on the cosmetics floor you’ll definently find the benefit counter, thats where ive been stocking my benefit products for years. the cbd myer on pitt st also has the benefit brow bar, you should check it out asap =]=]

Hey Tammy! I’ve lost count how many times I’ve been to Thailand too! Especially Phuket – my dad loves the plce so growing up I’ve been there many times. I think this time was my 14th (!!!) time? And it’s still wonderful! And yep, I know about the water, thanks!
I’m so paranoid I brush my teeth with mineral water haha. And OMG the food… heavenly. But of course I put on weight after only a week! The food is just too good.

YES! I LOVE music. And magazines and writing. My ‘ultimate dream’ is to write in a music magazine, so I can combine all my loves!
Oh and Coldplay is really good. I love ‘Fix You’ and ‘The Scientist’. I liked them ages ago when they first came out but I am not sure why I haven’t kept up to date with their new music – I think I should check them out again! Thanks for reminding me 
Hmm… I only like rock, punk rock, pop-rock, indie rock (I guess only rock, haha) so that’s the kind of music I play on guitar. I play acoustic guitar, so I play more of the slower songs. I used to have an electric guitar and bass but it broke, haha. I started out learning the classical guitar in music school so I played more of the ‘oldies’ rock songs but then I stopped classical because it’s for classical, ‘old fashion’ music and I like modern music more, haha! So for the last few years I have just taught myself electric and acoustic guitar.
That’s so cool that you play the drums! My best friend does, but it;s not good for the neighbors, especially when you first start out! It’s very noisy XD What kind of stuff did you use to play? Were you ever in a band?

I saw the comment from Luna (also from Denmark), who talked about Roskilde Festival. You then asked if there is a rock music festival here too. I am happy to say that Roskilde actually is a rock festival! There is other genres at Roskilde, but it is mainly rock!
I have been to Roskilde since i was 15 (my parents wasnt happy about it, but after a lot of pressure from me and my friends i got to go, and i have been to Roskilde every year ever since). It is seriously the best week of the year! I highly recommend it, you should try it next time you go to Denmark!

I found BeauyFool from google searching some beauty tips stuff, if memory serves right, I was curious to know how to apply/take care of mascara – I’m a newbie to the whole make-up scene..I’m not a makeup person, generally, but I feel as if it’s a skill that every girl needs to know, at this age or something, and it’s for me to put on when I’m performing/competing and going out
I’m a pianist, been playing since age 5, and only just recently, I decided that it was time to buck up the nerve to perform and express my art. I love love loooove reading manga, listening to music, singing (choir music AND modern stuff), playing piano and butchering great classical pieces.
