You have to cure it with a UV lamp, instead of just putting it on and letting it dry like nail polish. Without the lamp, it won't dry at all- that's why it won't dry up. LOL. But I found Gelish which is a gel polish just like opi, 21 days no chips, no dry up! I am thinking about the switch man. Great for lazy ppl like me, no more rolling and thinner... but I think one year I got to change lesser colors. Anyone here using yet? The formula is different. Poshe Thinner or Seche restore, just a few drops of it goes a longway than thinner and will not get over diluted with the form of dripper.
