Wow, so the Worst Blogger Ever award definitely goes to me.
I was finally starting to feel better after being stuck in bed / being a sick lump for 5 days, and so I thought I’d film a “September favorites” video, because I had talked about doing one with my friend Natsumi the whole week. So I thought, stop talking, start doing! Only that, 1) I have no experience filming a video, and 2) it seems I have no business filming one, either. It took me like an hour to get the camera working before I gave up and switched to my iPhone, and then I took like, a million years to upload it (for some reason my iPhone didn’t sync with iCloud)… it was a disaster, in other words.

I finally got it all up and loaded when I saw that the lighting was terrible, I mean seriously? Look at it. So I gave up and will do this in written form, but no fear! I now know what NOT to do, so hopefully I will get better and start filming proper videos for you guys. I could upload the video but it really is pitiful, you all will laugh at me! Plus you deserve better. So for this post I will include screenshots so you can imagine I’m talking to you? I even wrote down exactly what I said, how I said it, so hopefully it will feel as if it’s a video (if that’s possible.)
Anyway, without further ado, let’s start:
Hello welcome to my favorites for this month! I didn’t think I’d have stuff to show you because September is usually super busy for me. This month I have my birthday, my dad’s birthday, and one of my best friend’s was in town visiting… so when I was rounding up, looking for products I was using this month, I found out that I actually did try a few new things.

First up is a new discovery, Revolution Organic. I got it from Poppibleu.com, a cute new online shop here in Singapore that sells organic and natural products. It’s called Freedom Glow, the one I got is Blushed. What I love about this all over beauty balm is that it goes on so sheer. It’s made to go on the cheeks, lips, nose (?!), or anywhere where you’d like a little bit of a glow. It’s 85% organic and 100% natural and ingredients include coconut, olive and jojoba oil. What’s amazing is that they say that it is fragrance-free, and my goodness it really is. There is literally no smell. [Sniff, snort, sniff]. How can something not have a smell? Anyway…
